Shield Buffer change made timing on buffered wavedashes stricter#27

Not sure if this was an intended side effect since the patch notes only stated the reason being the prevention of accidental wavedashes when using two shield buttons.

With jumpsquat now clearing the shield buffer, if you are attempting to buffer a wavedash out of another action, you now need to press shield during the jumpsquat frames, where prior to patch 1.4.0 you could press shield at any point after buffering a jump.
So in practice, this reduces the timing window on the shield press of a buffered wavedash from a max of 10 frames to now 4, while the timing on buffering the jump press is unchanged (last 6 frames before actionable).

This also creates a bit of a discrepancy between control schemes. If you have Air Parry set to Air Dodge, you can still use a parry button to buffer a wavedash just like before.
