controller disconnecting inbetween games/screens#964

using a Vader5 xbox controller (being read as XInput by steam), the game will force me to unplug replug between screens being the only way to really describe it. sometimes itll be when I reach the CSS on ranked, sometimes the start of a game, and sometimes on stage select
