Community Patch Votes - In game#906

I think that maybe to get a better sense of the community sentiment on patches there could be a In game vote system that active players can go to and see what changes you devs are looking at making per character and allow community to vote on changes. That way, the dev team is more accurately aware of what the players are thinking and what rank they are. Ultimately, the Devs will make the decision at the end of the day, but it will be a better outlook on active player feedback. Or even to just see what the most pressing issue is to players.
