ELO gained/lost from opponents with way different ELOs needs to be toned down#889

It is way to common of an occurance that you end up fighting someone with almost 200+ or 200- ELO compared to your current ELO. When that happens, the ELO gained and lost for the expected result needs to be WAY toned down. I should not be getting ~6 ELO for beating someone 200 ELO lower than me. That is also way too punishing for the player who is getting put against someone in a higher ELO.

Big disagree, 200 difference in rank is not that big a deal, and 6 ELO is already next to nothing. this just reads as salt to me

I understand where he’s coming from though, numbers in the 100s seem like quite a lot.
