Workshop Tutorials#885

Basically, when workshop becomes a thing, it’d be really cool if people could build their own Tutorials that they could design around a specific tech, character, or both. Dev-made character tutorials are of course great, but with new characters and tech coming out and being discovered, it’d be good future-proofing to provide users with the tools to create tutorials around the new discoveries.
