Idea for nerfing recoveries#869

I think an underrated aspect of recovering is wall-techs. I had the thought of having a wall-tech lockout so the edgeguarder can mix up the timing of hitting them, making bouncing off the wall a 5050.
A similar effect could be inability to wall tech during airdodge lag, so you can bait a tech, leading to an airdodge, then hit the endlag.
Also untectables (maybe in general) seem like they’d fit in those 170% situations.
