Tutorials should list what concepts they cover#845

Example: If you hover over Advanced Movement, a list should appear that says it covers these following concepts:

-Wavelanding
-Wavedashing
-Dash Dancing

This would make it easy to see what concepts each tutorial covers at a glance, instead of having to go “which one of these covers dash dancing again?”
