Whenever I see or use Maypul’s DThrow—which is animated like a slam into the ground—I feel little impact. The animation and sound design make the move feel like Maypul is gently lowering the opponent onto the ground rather than the full-heft slam it’s supposed to be. The sound design, hit effect, and slight screen shake makes Maypul’s other throws feel so much more impactful; likewise, all of her vine attacks (all three strongs, Ledge Attack, Get-Up Special) feel so much more impactful.
Maypul’s DThrow should be given added visual and audio flair to make it feel more impactful like the base animation implies it should be.

I think just speeding up the throw (while adjusting the lenght of startup animation) will do it.
Tho doing it near ledge to throw an opponent off stage might look weird if the fast throw results in a really slow fall at low%
Yeah, i wanna see her wind up hold in the lifting key pose for a few frames, then go into the actual throw.
