Let us use training mode versions of stages#828

Let us have the training mode version of each map in offlines and maybe as a rare roll when playing casual online. Adds variation and the assests are already there so would be nice to be able to play on them every now and then instead of limiting it to only being able to be used when your in training.

why? the grid looks so lifeless and boring, would hate having to play on that ever.
