Save State, Load State with DPAD Movement ON#824

In Training Mode I am unable to use the “Save State”, “Load State” and “Teleport CPU” feature because I am using DPAD Movement. Please give us the option to bind “Save State”, “Load State” and “Teleport CPU” to other keys on the Gamepad so that DPAD users can enjoy the Training Mode fully :)

Also let us advance frames in frame advance without removing the access to the button we’re pressing to do that. I cannot shield in frame advance because of that

On this note, I’d love to be able to use non-controller buttons to control save states if that’s at all possible.
