Hot Chocolate variant for rootbeer orcane#820

I think it could be fun if there was a hot chocolate palette for rootbeer orcane. It might be too late for this year, but maybe we could something done for next year. Maybe it could be a “mint” hot chocolate and use the mint palette or winterfest palette colours
