Introduce a method for loading up controller profiles#806

This might not be possible given the number of variables controller profiles can have (especially with how much more work has been added on by the recent controller update releasing in the state that it was in), but I think it would be cool if you could add a new controller profile by just typing in a generated code, a la Private Lobbies. So, for tournaments, all you’d have to do is press “New Profile,” enter your tag, press “Load Preset,” and enter a 10(or more)-digit code and you’d be set for life.
