Revert the mouse display changes in menu..#729

I used to use the cursor to move around in menus, and now I pretty much can’t anymore.. this is really annoying, especially in the shop and when trying to copy paste the lobby code

Make it a toggle, having my controller disconnect every time I tab out is annoying

Yep, not being able to see the mouse cursor in navigation is pretty annoying.

@Kamui are you by any chance using a Switch Pro Con with Steam Input enabled?

Marked this as complete. We didn’t revert the change but this should fixed as of the 12/12 hotfix
