No Custom Win-Screen theme for Franken Etalus?#231

Hello!

First of all I wanna say that Franken Etalus is an amazing skin and the dev team really delivered with how it looks and all the little effects it has. Visually, it’s the best Etalus skin to date. However, there is a concern I have about it:

As title suggests, the skin, despite being a midmonth epic skin, lacks a custom win-screen theme whereas every other epic skin in the game has one. I am convinced this is not intentional or that at least he’ll receive one later (unless told otherwise that is). Then there’s the custom win quotes, which I can forgive their absence to be honest, even if it would’ve been neat.

Ahh yeah. He does have a custom win jingle and it should have been pushed live with him. Will go track it down and figure out what happened.
